If you have found a property you like and are considering making an offer on, we can provide advice on the Market Value.
We can produce a formal RICS Red Book Valuation report, that provides comprehensive reasoning behind the value.
We also provide help with placing offers and negotiations. If you would like a professional to ‘go into bat’ for you, we have extensive experience of negotiating and will make sure you pay the right price.
Managed Sale
If you are looking to sell your property, we can advise you throughout the process.

We will then advise the best estate agents to use and organise the whole process.
We deal with the estate agents directly and advise you when offers come in.
We will help you through the whole process until the keys have been handed over to the purchaser.
